Ukrainian Cheese Producer Association began as a grassroots initiative, a unification of like-minded friends passionate about cheesemaking. Today, we proudly bring together small and medium-sized artisan and farmhouse cheese producers from all corners of Ukraine.

Our primary goals are to promote the rich traditions of Ukrainian cheesemaking, support the sustainable development of our sector, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among our members. We strive to elevate the quality and recognition of Ukrainian craft cheeses both domestically and internationally.

The UCPA is dedicated to:

• Preserving and promoting unique Ukrainian cheese varieties and production methods.
• Providing educational resources and networking opportunities for our members.
• Advocating for the interests of artisan cheese makers at the national level.
• Assistance to relocate cheese makers from the war zone
• Connecting our members with consumers and potential partners.
