[News from FACE] Round table about E.Coli STEC

On a regular basis, FACEnetwork is organising round table exchanges about E.Coli STEC. Producers organisations and scientists from different countries shared their experiences. They informed about the current situation in their area and about changes in national or regional requirements. Topics that came on the table were the analysis of milk filters and the sampling of curds. A next meeting will be planned in July.
