Rolls with farmhouse cheese, ham and mustard

from the Netherlands

Method:

Remove the rind of the cheese and cover with mustard. Wrap each of them in a slice of ham.

Mix the raw egg and pour in a (soup) plate. Put the flour and breadcrumbs on two other plates.

At first, wallow the cheese and ham rolls in the flour, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Add some pepper.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan. Add the butter and bake the rolls on all sides for appr. 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Serve with vegetables and French fries or boiled potatoes.
